  • Why is my slider rumbling/bouncing?

    This is often caused by damaged or wavy rails. In most cases, we can restore smooth operation by installing a stainless steel rail cap. For more severe damage, we also offer solutions for extensive rail repairs.

  • Why is my sliding glass door so hard to open?

    Over time, rollers can wear down, tracks can get dirty or damaged, and debris can build up in the rails. This causes the door to drag or jam. Most of the time, this can be fixed with a professional roller replacement and track cleaning.

  • What does a roller replacement include?

    Our roller replacement includes removing the door, cleaning the track, replacing the rollers with high-quality parts, and reinstalling the door so it glides smoothly. We also include a warranty.

  • Do you repair damaged or wavy slider tracks?

    Yes! Most damaged tracks can be repaired using a stainless steel rail cap, which restores the sliding surface and extends the life of your door. We also handle more extensive rail repairs as needed.

  • Do you replace handles and locks?

    Yes! We can repair or replace sliding glass door and typical door handles, locks, and security bars to improve both function and safety. Send us a picture of your sliding glass door lock or handle and we can get you more information!
